Prices

We reserve the right to adjust pricing and discontinue products without advance notification. Website prices may differ from our depot prices.

VAT

The prices we quote on the website always include VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment

All our goods are offered on a payment with order basis. Payment is due prior to dispatch of goods and is accepted by most credit and debit cards.

Dispatch

Most of our products are handmade to order. You should allow approximately three weeks for manufacturing and shipping. Items that are in stock will usually be dispatched within five working days.

If you need your order by a specific date, please add a comment to your order or contact us directly — we will always do our best to accommodate specific delivery dates where possible.

Please note that we close for two weeks over Christmas. Orders placed during this period will not be dispatched until we reopen in the new year.

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail or national carrier and typically arrives within a few days of dispatch. For delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us for a quote.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch by calling us on 01674 672657. Please note that personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded as their bespoke nature means they cannot be resold.

Returns policy

All items are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged item, you must report this within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this window cannot be accepted.

Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Cannot be replaced if lost
• Cannot be resold online
• Where a purchase exceeds the voucher value by more than £1.00, the difference must be paid by another method
